Kristiansand Kjevik ENCN v1.4

This is my first project for FS2020, using my old Airports of Norway gmax models. A big thank you to Kjetil Garpestad for the excellent ground work regarding taxi lines, parkings and painted lines and polygons. Also thanks to the Norway Airports team for the ILS shacks and rubbhall hangars. This version changes: Added concrete aprons at the terminal, corrected a few parkings and edge lines. Removed a few too large autogen buildings on the other side of the river. Made scenery specific model library.
