Köhlbrandbrücke v1.0
Since September 23, 1974, the Köhlbrand Bridge in Hamburg has connected the Elbe island of Wilhelmsburg with the federal autobahn 7 (junction 30 Waltershof). The structure spans the 325 m wide Köhlbrand, an arm of the southern Elbe. The cable-stayed bridge was designed by civil engineer Paul Boué and architect Egon Jux. The bridge has been included in the list of Hamburg cultural monuments by the culture and media authority under number 28577.
