KNTK Rebord for FSE v0.1.0

Tustin Mcas was a small airfield in Santa Ana, which has been demolished for re-development. I have re-created it for use in FSEconomy. It has a runway 13/31, and also 2 helipads. The spawn points on runway 04A/22A correspond with helicopter parking ramps 1A and 2A, so you can spawn cold & dark or ready for take-off.
