Ha Tien SF Camp Airfield v1.0

“Located at VS 419-495 in Kien Giang province, IV Corps. 1,800 foot laterite runway at 10 feet above sea level. This was the westernmost airfield in mainland South Vietnam. There were two airfields further west (An Thoi and Duong Dong) but they were on Phu Quoc Island. There was a U.S. Navy PBR (Patrol Boat River) base located nearby in 1968, which is probably the primary purpose for this airfield.”
Extremely difficult to find this airfield. I still have never seen actual photos, but I’ll keep looking. The SF Camp was located on a nearby bluff overlooking the city of Ha Tien. This is a basic look for now.
