FFZK – Oshkosh Ultralight runway – “Fun Fly Zone” v0.2

About: – The airport is “Missing” from the abse game, due to its seasonal nature and lack of defined ICAO – The Ultralight runway AKA “Fun Fly Zone” at OSH/KOSH is a temporary runway operated only during “EAA’s AirVenture”. – The runway is for the use of Part 103 Ultralights, UltraFlyers, LSA’s with STOL capabilities, and experimental aircraft with STOL capabilities – “FFZK” is a fantasy ICAO for “Fun Fly Zone Kosh” – As close to realism as possible. The runway is a bit of a fluster cluck on the best of days, so trying to capture it in real life is…. difficult.
Current features in 0.2: – runway – taxiways – parking – modifications to scenery to represent a closer to real life location
Future plans: – custom scenery (ranging from 3-6 potential items) – Better control tower functions – custom approaches, the Ultralight runway at OSH/KOSH has very strict limits to approaches – modifications to runway (in real life you can only take off and land in the direction of runway 32)
