F-15C 144th Fighter Wing (Black Tail edition) v1.0

This is a semi-fictional skin as I have yet to come across a black-tailed F-15C belonging to the 144th Fighter Wing of California Air National Guard. I have seen the CA ANG F-16C with the black tail and have actually repainted the SC Design F-16 in that color but I personally think black tail looks pretty sharp; so here you go.
