ESMN Reborn for FSE v0.1.0

ESMN was a private airfield in Lund, Sweden that was shut down in 2008. I’ve re-created it for FSEconomy, with 1 strip and 2 parking spots. The doco I found said the runways were designated 03/21, but the best place I found for it was heading 195, so I called them 02/20.
