ENZV Stavanger airport, Sola v1.1

Stavanger airport, Sola. This addon uses only default assets, except for the custom taxi markings in the terminal area.
Removed all default aprons, taxiways, parking to show more of the satellite imagery on the ground. Remade all gates, parking, taxiways with mostly correct names and numbers. New aprons with more accurate textures and paint lines. Fixed taxiway lights based on current AIP Added taxi signs and runway guard lights. Improved runway texture Taxi works with ATC and AI traffic. Moved fuel box to north apron 13. Removed parking spots and closed taxiways east of runway 18/36 and from helicopter area (apron 7) Terraforming. Added some ships in the surrounding area (including Stavanger) Added the new Search and rescue helicopter area on apron 3. Added a tower, currently using the default asset from Seattle. Primary runway is now 18/36. Added firefighting training area. Added cargo parking at apron 10. Added flood lights. Some buildings, features and ground clutter added from default assets.
Known issues Approach lights inaccurate. Tower model is wrong Runway hold short markings are using runway names instead of RWY AHEAD ATIS silent when 18/36 in use due to flight simulator bug. Ground vehicles prefer plane parking spots instead of vehicle parking spots.
