ENDI – Geilo/Dagali v0.1.0

Previous status: Airport was missing, and should probably be missing as it’s been “closed” since 2003.
New version 2020.10.06 (v0.1.0): Added runway, taxiway and apron Airport clutter (cars, misc) River and airport elevations corrected
Additional info: Most of the runway (+50%) is used as a racetrack. Probably even more now that it’s closed.
