[EHSB] Vliegbasis Soesterberg v1.0

Vliegbasis Soesterberg, is a military airport located in The Netherlands. I added this aiport to the game, since it was not here already. In real-life the airport is no longer in use. This airport has two runways and a few parking spots.
There are still some minor issues, they will be fixed in the upcoming versions.
