EGGP approach v1.0

Small tidy up of the approach to Liverpool Rwy27. Added VFR landmarks of Hale church and Hale lighthouse. Removed the non-existent office blocks from Hale village.
This is my first effort using Google Earth Decoder – thanks to Jonahex111.
