D98 Romeo State Airport v1.0

The D98 default field in Romeo had 2 active runways and the fuel depot was in the wrong place. The white square across from the fuel pumps is the terminal. Unfortunately I am not very good at adding or correcting buildings. I removed the closed runway and added the approproate X’s. I also repositioned the fuel pumpps where they should be. If someone else wants to add better scenery to this, feel free.
