Costa Rica, San Jose night light enhancement v1.0

This is a small enhancement for the San Jose VFR package by Andres Vargas
Added 01.- Improved lightning for some buildings that looked a bit dark 02.- Added some light poles in Parque Central, Plaza de la Democracia and Plaza de la cultura 03.- Added some red cars to simulate our taxis near La Merced and La Catedral 04.- Added cars in some parking lots 05.- Added some buses near La Catedral and Mall San Pedro
When I learn to do windows with lights and build buildings I might add these
