Churchill Manitoba CYYQ v1.0

Churchill is a small city located along the shores of Hudson Bay about 550 nm nnw of Winnipeg. It is known mostly for its populations of polar bears which come into the townsite from the pack ice. The airport has a packed gravel runway as well as an asphalt runway that is 9200 feet long. Rwy 33 is equipped with an ILS and good SSALR approach lighting. There are PAPIs on the other runways.
