CAU8 Rivers Inlet Airport v1.0

Added the missing Rivers Inlet Airport (CAU8) to the sim. Located in British Columbia west of Machmell Fisheries Bushstrip and southwest of Bella-Coola airport and serves the town of Oweekeno.
Accomplished tasks: -Added CAU8 airport -Added some decorative elements -Added 1 Small GA parking spot -Correction of wooded areas -Correction of river levels
To do: -Add the seabase
