CA92 Paradise RW17 Tent Removal v1.0

Removes tent from the approach path to RW17. Nothing else changed from default, and I didn’t remove the cars because they’re fun and quirky. Note that RW17 is not used for landings according to NOTAM but this tent would not be allowed there regardless.
