C53 Lower Loon Creek (cleanup/fix) v1.0

This is an existing, real life air strip that is famous for us bush flyers. I really only spent maybe 20 minutes on this just to clean it up a bit and make the runway a little more defined, I also added two parking spots because thats something that has always bugged me about this air strip.
