Budapest Ferenc Liszt LHBP default airport UPGRADE v1.0

This is an improvement for the default Budapest LHBP airport. For those using programmes such as AIG manager, you will notice many default airports have really poor AI traffic, mostly due to poor afcad design. A huge thanks to the AIG team for their great product and also to Jon over at scruffyduck who runs a great prgramme called ADE which i use for my projects.
– Assigned parking codes to terminals 2A and 2B. – Added cargo parking for freighters. – Added taxiway lighting for entire airport. – Improved Pier 2B to accomodate 3 heavies at once. – Removed vegetation within the airport.
