Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet VX-31 China Lake “Dust Devils” v1.1

Presenting the default Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet in the colours of Air Test and Evaluation Squadron VX-31 “Dust Devils”. Located out of Naval Air Weapons Station China Lake, VX-31 conduct testing and evaluation of aircraft including different variants of the Hornet and Super Hornet, as well as Av-8b Harriers.
This particular look featured onF/A-18C 165210 ‘5210’ which was specially painted for the Centennial of Naval Aviation marked in 2011.
