BG Tübingen (THB7) & Uniklinic & Morgenstelle v1.10

Version 1.10: Hospital complex scenery is build in wih the 2 helipads. Only one THB7 can be addressed directl out of the main msfs menu. Version 1.00 beta: Hospital, helipad and some scenery elements. Pls report any issues. Best Regards Guido
