Beech 99 USAir Commuter v1.0

This is a rendition of USAir’s Beech 99 commuter, the last one prior to their retirement.
With thanks to Jack zyg for his permission to use his prop-blur textures.
This version uses the black instrument panel and includes a small cheat line on the prop handle so you can see it. If you don’t like these modifications, remove the VC02 file from this package and it should look for the default file.
