Base ULM de Cambaie v1.3

Yet another airfield being made on request. It is a flight school mainly for ultralight aircrafts, and the length of the runway length is only 250m, which is just enough for a small single pistons to maneuver. It has no formal ICAO code assigned so I give it a fake one (FM42).
