Balair DC-6A/C HB-IBS | 1970 v1.0

Repaint of payware PMDG DC6.
This repaint shows Balair DC-6A/C HB-IBS c/n 45531. Built in 1958 and was delivered to Hunting Clan Airservices as G-APNO. Left fleet to British United Airways in 1960. Air Ferry used G-APNO until 1968. This combi came to Balair in 1969 as HB-IBS and was used by International Committee of the Red Cross in Biafra crisis wearing pure white fuselage with International Red Cross stickers. Later in 1969 HB-IBS got its Balair paint scheme. Conair Aviation bought it 1982 and converted C-GIBS to a fire fighting aircraft. Came to Everts Air Cargo in 2013 as N501YP. Assigned civil registration as N851CE in 2014.
