Altisurface LF0654 Valberg v1.0

This is a replacement for LF74 Puget Theniers which is incorrect in sim.
Altisurface Valberg is a small airdrome (altisurface) situated at over 1750 meters (5680ft) in alttutude above the ski resort Valberg in France’s Alpes Maritimes. 60Km (35Mi) North of city of Cannes.

Lenght about 410m width about 35m Altitude 2240m downhill – 2280m uphill
To land to it use only runway 140 uphill. Keep power in engine to be able to climb on top (about 50m difference) Remember the altitude is over 1700m or around 5600 ft!!
Takeoff downhill on 320. Mind the little hump at the end of the takeoff run on left. In real life I think it’s a bit smaller but with the limited tools SDK has I couldn’t make it better You can spawn on two spots facing downhill with the engine running or choose one of the three parkings to spawn with the engine stopped. Zoom in close enough to see them.
Notes: This is a replacement of current LF74 Puget Theniers which is a wrong name and ICAO for it. I tried to put a more close to real live building of the hangar. That is the only one comming close to what I have seen in the pictures. I also added a flag and a windsock No tower, no radio, but you can contact Nice Approach after takeoff. ICAO in reality is LF0654 but MFS2020 allows only 5 characters so in game appears as LF654
