This is the Livery of the H135 of the SAMU30 based on Nimes Hospital. This helicopter is used as a HEMS to bring patient from the place of the accident to the hospital. It can also be used to bring patient from an hospital to another.

I recommend using this Helipad mod to have some place to land your copter somewhere.
