Agatti Island Airport (VOAT) v0.1.1

When I ask Google for airports regarded as challenging or dangerous, this one is on the list although I don’t know why. This airport is not recognized in the game, but when I fly into the island, I found the airport has already been there so I added a “formal” runway and apron. A helipad is also added according to the real case although there is still no helicopter available. Tower frequency and lighting configuration comes from AIP India.
