Simón Bolívar SVMI Jetway Control Fix

This add-on addresses a specific issue at Simón Bolívar International Airport (SVMI) by disabling a helipad that obstructs the use of jetways via GSX or EFB systems in aircraft like Fenix and PMDG. Compatible with both MSFS 2024 SU3 and MSFS 2020, it does not alter the airports visual scenery, making the fix applicable to both default and addon airports. Installation requires simply placing the contents of the zip file into the Community folder.
