LSZH apron reconstruction phase3

This add-on recreates the ongoing South Apron reconstruction project at LSZH in Microsoft Flight Simulator, specifically tested with MKstudios scenery. It features fenced-off parking areas A3 to A49, ensuring an accurate portrayal of the changes while also enhancing realism. The addon requires the UK2000 Common Library, available for free, and includes optional scripts for MKstudios users to manage ATC instructions and traffic placement. Compatibility with other scenery and FS2024 is untested, and user feedback is welcomed.
