Fix_BA103_Cambrai

This add-on provides a small patch for the Cambrai BA103 database to address issues caused by a recent MSFS2020 update. It removes default autogen buildings that were inappropriately placed on the runway and above 3D scenery elements. Installation involves copying the patch into your community folder and launching your aircraft from the BA103 database.
