Bridge Fixes for Green Bay, Wisconsin

This Green Bay scenery mod upgrades the Bay Bridge from a flat satellite render to a detailed 3D model using the in-sim Lupu Bridge, creating a more realistic view of the city. It also fixes all local street, highway, and railroad river crossings so they no longer appear underwater, and adds a new model for the KGRB radar site near the airport. For a complete regional upgrade, pair with the Fox Cities Bridge Fixes mod. Tested for MSFS2020; MSFS2024 compatibility unconfirmed.
