[FIX] VECC - Buildings on Taxiway F fixed

This add-on provides a fix for the issue of buildings located between Taxiway F and A at VECC, which can cause aircraft collisions and unintended lift-offs. It is designed for compatibility with both MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024, as well as default and Flightsim.to scenery. Users of the VECC airport add-on by abhishek_dey will also benefit from this adjustment.
