Lancaster ND811 F2-T
The Lancaster ND811 F2-T add-on features the historical aircraft associated with Ian Bazalgettes heroic actions during World War II. On August 4, 1944, Bazalgette attempted to land the plane in a bid to save his crew members during a mission to Trossy St. Maximin, France, ultimately leading to his posthumous Victoria Cross award. This aircraft was part of the 635 Squadron, based at RAF Downham Market, and serves as a tribute to Bazalgettes legacy within the Bomber Command Museum of Canada.
