OMAA - iniBuilds Zayed enhancement for BATC

This add-on provides enhancements for Zayed International Airport (ICAO: OMAA) in Microsoft Flight Simulator, specifically for use with BeyondATC. It includes fixes for runway hold short positions to improve external traffic simulations and adjusts various elements such as parking types and runway starts. Additionally, it adds a functional jetway at Gate 649 and removes gates without jetway access. The layout has been verified, although thorough testing is yet to be completed.
