PMDY Henderson

This is an update of my previous PMDY project. The SDK is still not great, but better than it was. I've also learnt much since I created the original. This was not an easy update. One of the biggest hurdles was overriding World Update XIII Oceania which added POI features to Midway. This took a lot of time and research. Similarly, so did the animation of the rotating beacon and Asobo's non-standard XML coding. Anyway, enjoy!
