LIPR - Rimini Runway Fix

This add-on provides a runway fix for Rimini Airport (LIPR) by updating the runway designators in line with AIRAC 2409. Specifically, it changes the designators from 31 to 30 and 13 to 12, ensuring accurate runway information for flight planning and procedures. The fix is compatible with the existing Rimini Airport scenery available on Flightsim.to.
