LFIF Belmot Aerodrome - FFPLUM STOL field edition

This add-on introduces a STOL (Short Takeoff and Landing) field at LFIF Belmont Aerodrome, inspired by the FFPULM STOL competition. The scenery aims to promote eSTOL (Electric Short Takeoff and Landing) operations in Europe. It includes dependencies for enhanced visual elements and plans for additional European STOL fields in the future. The add-on also invites users interested in ultralight group flights to join a dedicated Discord community.
