This add-on features a detailed model of the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge in Fredericton, New Brunswick, optimized with multiple Levels of Detail (LODs) for enhanced performance. It includes additional elements such as vehicle parking, a dock, and a pedestrian bridge, along with landscaping improvements around Carleton Park. The new version 3.0 boasts a more accurate model with fine details and a significantly reduced file size. Note that there are currently no collision materials or night lighting included.
