SC Designs F-16 No smoke tweak

This add-on is a tweak for the SC Designs F-16 in Microsoft Flight Simulator that addresses the aircrafts persistent smoke issue. It removes the excessive smoke produced by the aircraft while preserving the wingtip vapor and afterburner effects. Users are cautioned to remove the mod if the official developers resolve the smoke switch problem in future updates.
