Unofficial MSFS2024 HotFix for the SPAD S.XIII

This unofficial hotfix for the SPAD S.XIII in MSFS2024 updates various configurations to improve realism and performance, including adjustments to the flight model, engine specifications, and fuel systems. Key changes include disabled turbocharging, corrected power efficiency tables, and an updated CG position. Additionally, an optional systems.cfg can be added to enable a functioning autopilot.
