Santa Monica Beach Fix

The Santa Monica Beach Fix enhances the realism of the Santa Monica Pier area by addressing photogrammetry issues and replacing over 5000 trees with more appropriate models. This add-on includes basic beach towers, animated pedestrians in the beach area and parking lot, and replaces broken objects for a cleaner appearance. Users may encounter some remaining photogrammetry issues, such as oversized beach towers and temporary textures.
