Wiley Post-Will Rogers Memorial Airport - PABR - Runway 26-8 / Taxi Sign / ILS fix

This add-on provides a fix for the runway / taxi signs and ILS at Wiley Post-Will Rogers Memorial Airport (PABR) in Barrow, Alaska. It revises the runway markers to 26/8 and increases the size of the taxi signs to medium. The ILS for Runway 8 has been fixed. Installation is straightforward, requiring the overwriting of the existing scenery folder in the airport directory.
