NOW REDUNDANT Fix for lake elevation in southern-norway

A fix-package for glitchy terrain in southern Norway, addressing issues with mountains and lakes elevation in the area. Please note that this mod is now redundant as the latest MSFS update has resolved the lake elevation problem. Developed with an automatic method, this package covers a vast area in a short time.
