Halde Scholven power plant compatibility fix and oil refinery

This add-on provides a compatibility fix for the Halde Scholven area, which includes the Uiper Power Plant Scholven, a wind park, and an oil refinery. It enhances the existing photogrammetry scenery created by ognum and integrates additional buildings and features, enriching the industrial landscape. The mod is designed for use with or without the We Love VFR 1 package and requires the installation of the FSDG library and the Scholven power plant by ognum.
