CaptainSim 777-200ER PW & RR (MSFS Marketplace) Realism Mod Mike777

In the Captain Sim forum, I provided instructions for converting their Mod 1.3.2 so it would work with the two MSFS Marketplace-only 777-200ERs. For awhile now I have wanted to make it easier for fellow flightsimmers to use the CS mod by providing easy to install folders that only need to be dropped into the Community folder. Now, here they are, with some improvements as well!
