747-8 draw distance fix. v1.0

An edit to the 747-8 model.xml to address the LOD issue which distorts 747 liveries the further away from the aircraft you get along with a few other model issues that arise such as landing gear doors missing, items sticking through the wings etc.. This also fixes other players 747 liveries looking broken no matter how close you are to them.
Step 1. make a back up of the model.xml Step 2. Drop the file into Official/Onestore/asobo-aircraft-b7478i/Simobjects/Airplanes/Asobo_B747_8i/model
This may affect performence for some users.
