Mellumplate Lighthouse (Helipad)

Mellumplate Lighthouse, an active lighthouse located north of Mellum island in Germany. Built in 1939 as an anti-aircraft gun battery, now features a helipad and emits a continuous white light. A historic structure managed by the Waterways and Shipping Administration in Wilhelmshaven. Nearest aerodrome is EDWG, located approximately 7.5 nm east.
