Christoph Regensburg / UKR Helipads

DRF rescue station Regensburg/UKR only the 2 helipads, with night lighting, gas station and windsock. You can take off and land from it. I don't think it will be 100% like the original but better than nothing. Buildings were not created. Since many here want the helipads, I sat down.
