Skydive San Joaquin Valley Airport is 22 miles southwest of Bakersfield, California in the southern San Joaquin Valley. and less than two miles west of Interstate 5. It is the skydiving facility closest to the northern Los Angeles metro area.  Skydive San Joaquin Valley is the dream of business co-owner George Kunz.
