Operation Eagle Fang - V-22 Osprey Mission

The U.S. Defense Department developed the Osprey program following the failure of Operation Eagle Claw in 1980, the attempt to rescue U.S. embassy staff members taken hostage in Tehran. This challenging mission is heavily inspired from these events and requires flying a long low-level penetration flight to the landing zone where hostages are waiting to be extracted.
