Deimos Inc Gripen Griffin FDE fix　　

This change eliminated the slight vibration (appearance) of the elevator when cruising and provides a linear control feel. In addition, low-speed flight (However, below 200 knots, there is a tendency to lower the nose of the plane.) on autopilot is now possible.  The auto-flap is activated by using KBT_FLAP.xml.
